Winner of the Excellence Award from The Israeli Smart Transportation Research
Eliya joined our lab in October 2018 after completing her undergraduate degree in the Department of Geography. Her research is based on the use of Twitter data, in order to obtain customer satisfaction in public transportation. The study combines real-time travel data, San Francisco user tweets, and machine learning techniques for sentiment analysis and predictions.
